i mean come on they commited a crime, they should do hard time. i say make them work, dig ditches or pick row crops.they should not have any rights at all. my god its prision not holiday inn. i also think that murderers, rapists, and child molesters should be executed if found guilty. give them one appeal and if still guilty execute them the next day.

Because our country is made up of a bunch of bleeding hearts that think the “rights” of the criminal supersede the rights of the victim.

I agree with you on this one!
I wish there were an answer to fit it, but nothing that is said will probably be liked. Even though they have committed a crime, this country still allows ever person civil rights ( or so they claim). It’s the victims that truly suffer and who will never get their rights back. Whether it’s a personal violation or protery violation they suffer while our taxes pay for inmate cable tv, housing, food, weight equipment, court appointed attorneys and so on. It cost around $6,000 a month to house ONE criminal in a state prison.
