If I were to take a vacation what would be the best place to go beach and or food related?

I’m basically looking for either a seaside venue or a food related venue. Seaside meaning its at least 70 degrees after it gets dark and there are a few hopping local bars around as well as good food during the day. Or it could just be good food the temp doesn’t matter as long as its not like darn cold after the sun goes down.
As a long haul destination, South Africa would be ideal – our food is the best in the world, and we have world-class beaches
